• Only condition is the people renounce their #US citizenship either instantly or as soon as they have attained another #citizenship (as #statelessness is a problem for the #stateless!)…

#HotTake: Every #human should be entitled by international #law to free, unseizeable #ID documents in the form of a travel #passport to evidence their #identity and have #FreedomOfMovement as well as a chance to #flee.

• It should also be illegal to demand #biometrics like #Fingerprints which are trivial to forge anyway!

Why?

• Because in past and in present day denying the issue and/or confiscation of #passports has been used and abused solely to commit #democide, #genocide and #hatecrime both #opposition groups and #minorities.
