This is the fabulously tiled Centurion bar at Newcastle Central Station - a lost gem for decades! (Look it up.) I always wondered how they cleaned those tiles - that poor guy has the longest hoover extension I've ever seen!
I haven't had time to organize my living room's "corner". Or I haven't had #energy to do it. Today I tackled it and, among other things, I threw away my 30-year-old #guitar. I noticed it had got broken.

Feeling some spring cleaning energy today and I am *excited* for it.
Tackled a huge chunk of the disaster corner behind the couch and it's a lot less shame-inducing now (pls note this is personal shame and not a statement that I think messy houses are shameful, I do not... unless it's mine. aren't brains great?)
Slowly, slowly I am making progress on this house and it feels SO good. Baby steps towards the life I want to live.

Clearing out the hoard of stuff I’ve accumulated, I have a couple of retro/gaming items on my eBay. These are located in California.
I’ll post in a thread so maybe there’ll be a preview card for each. If there’s no interest in a reasonable timeframe I’ll send them off to recycle, but I thought somebody might find a use.
Just crossed the last job off the list - the spring cleaning is FINISHED! 
Extra cleaning had fallen behind over the past couple of years due to my medical treatment and ongoing fatigue, so it feels great to have completed these things.
Now I can just stick with the regular cleaning tasks for a good while - phew!
I started a month ago with a list of 51 tasks. I’ve done 42 of them, and decided 3 were unnecessary. So, just 6 jobs to go and none of them are awful ones I should be able to complete them before I head away in 10 days!
Knowing I only needed to average 1-2 jobs a day really helped me cope with things. Some days I’ve done none, and some several.
The weather is grim here today, so I tackled the worst remaining job on my spring-cleaning list - clean the vinyl floors of the kitchen, laundry and bathroom.
I usually just mop them, but today I got down on my knees with ye olde scrubbing brush and worked up a good sweat! They really needed it
I had an audience! If I could just get her and her sister to wipe their paws before they come in, that would help
