La semaine dernière, première fois au resto Ninkasi qui vient concurrencer les brasseries nordistes comme Cambier, Tandem ou Brique House.
Ça mise aussi sur les jeux de mots et j'ai ainsi pu goûter leur cuvée du moment WHITE IS LOVE qui a du goût même sans avoir la fameuse rondelle de citron qui vient habituellement accompagner bières blanches.
