European markets open higher as global tariff tensions persist.
As of 09:11 CET, the Stoxx 600 index was about 1% higher and almost every sector was back in positive territory.
Key regional indexes also climbed again with Germany's Dax up 1.09%, France's CAC 40 up 1.66%, while Italy's FTSE MIB rose 1.66%. In Spain, the IBEX 35 opened higher, up 0.52% - and London's FTSE 100 also went back into positive territory, climbing 1.03%.
