Just finished 15.5 km in the #Beskydy mountains. The longest run of my life. Not bad considering I started pretty much from scratch in winter. But the photos before and after the run speak for themselves.

Did an easy run today. Increased my running kilometers for this year by >10%. Wish it meant it was an exceptionally long run, but it means I have run very little this year so far.
But the weather was stunning.

Machte heute einen gemütlichen Lauf. Erhöhte die Jahreskilometer im Laufen um >10%. Wäre schön, wenn das ein richtig langer Lauf bedeutet hätte, es zeigt aber nur, wie wenig ich dieses Jahr bisher gelaufen bin.
Doch das Wetter war großartig.

Sortie longue aujourd'hui, objectif 1h50 et sans rien s'épargner les montées, descentes abruptes, les escaliers, les longs plats interminables. To the #runners in the Fediverse: Does anyone know of a simple metronome app that doesn't need a lot of permissions? A metronome app specifically for runners where you can set the duration and intensity (e.g. 1 min 180 BPM and 2 min 160 BPM)? Or are there #developers that can build something like that and put it on F-Droid? I have a simple Meteonome but there you can not set time and Intervalls.

Calculate the difference between them
color the faster day
change the day to a colored dot matching the track
sort them the fastest on top

Morning easy #run managed to keep heart rate in zone 2. Pace was well slow but still enjoyable, taking in the views. Best thing was the rich smell of fresh mown meadow, fantastic.

Little #run in the #sun with Mette and Bounty with the new Altras. Unfortunately I don't hink they will join me on the #halfmarathon in May. I will run it with my old worn Newtons. Or the old and worn Altras that feel like "home".
