jendeferHere is the result of this year's egg dyeing. The ones in the carton were boiled in onion skins (with stockings to hold them on). The 5 purple eggs were boiled in red grape juice and left for a week. I had to wipe off a lot of sediment. Got a big jar, filled it with water, put lights on either side of it and then add some food dye. It was also a failure as it was not lit bright enough and I can to re-mix the dye because it was too thick.
