This clip was ripped just after the town of Kryvyi Rih was bombed.
According to Ukraine officials, a Russian missile attack killed at least 19 in Kryvyi Rih, Ukrainian President Zelensky’s home town. The deceased include at least nine children and injured at least 50, including a three-month-old baby.
Later that weekend an even bigger bombing took place targetting civilians in Kiev..

And in my opinion Russia IS losing.
Every square km 'won' at huge costs of personel and material. Ukrainian is losing personel and equipment too but they fight with smarter tactics, while Russians are fighting with meat waves and columns. Putin doesn't care about human life.
The Russian economy is a war econmy, that means it eats the rest of the economy up. It can only be stopped by a political decision. And for Putin this should be victory. The Ru economy is based upon debt [of the ordinairy Russians] and on 'sale' of natural resources. Sanctions are working, those goods that do slip through go strait to the militairy. Civilian planes are barely maintained, militairy planes stay on the ground cause of lack of [Western] parts.
Whatever the Kremlin tries to make you believe, and what the Washington [Mar a Lago] parrots are saying.
Moscou is losing. #CrushThe#RussianState . In the long run it would be the most 'human' way to do it. Put the Kremlin out of its misery.
