Nothing is a one-size-fits-all solution, and that’s why #AgileCheese uses nothing as its secret weapon! 🧀 In a world where solutions are expected to fit all, we embrace the power of nothing to create infinite possibilities. By starting with nothing, we allow the team to mold the ideal solution from pure potential. No constraints, no limits—just #agile innovation ready to evolve in any direction. With #cheese, we turn nothing into everything! 🚀 #AgileFlexibility #CheesePoweredCreation

Millionen Zeilen Code aber nicht einen Test. Wo startet man?
Eine berechtigte Frage, oder?

Aber wie gehen wir am besten vor?

Wir haben auf der einen Seite massiv viele Zeilen Code, aber eben keinerlei Test. Das genau ist in viel

Those who have lost everything have nothing left to lose.
That’s the core principle of #AgileCheese. We embrace the strategy of losing everything first, so we can only win from there and celebrate our #agile #success.
We have adopted this strategy from the most successful and therefore call it the #PresidentialStrategy, a.k.a. #PresidentStrategy.
Adopt #agile #cheese and push through failure to emerge with the grandest success. Celebrate your victory after the fall! 🧀🚀 #AgileVictory

AI and Agile:

Great newsletter from Stefan/age-of-products:

"For agile practitioners, the choice isn't between humans or AI but between being AI-augmented or falling behind those who are. The cost of experimentation is low; the potential career advantage, on the other hand, is substantial. A reason to embrace generative AI in Agile?"

Interestingly, Agile practitioners..."

@ceejbot I’ve never experienced anything that would suggest to me that #Agile, in any of its real-world implementation, actually made software projects faster, more predictable, or more manageable beyond basic task-tracking and burn-down charts.

In fact, the best technique I’ve seen that encapsulates the spirit of Agile is the feature demo. “What is the smallest change you can make to demonstrate this feature, and when can we see it?”

Like I said, I find a weekly task priority review and burn-down tracking gets you most of what you need to ensure the project remains on track, assuming the general product direction is something everyone has bought into.

Looking forward to the concert tonight at the Philharmonie Berlin:

And tomorrow my new job starts. What a great ending to being unemployed.

I'm super thankful that I'm back at work and have a bit of structure again in my life. I'm not good at just hanging around.

+ I can work in my favorite domain in an #agile environment where they don't see it as a sprinkling of agile fairy dust in some corners. I support teams and people to become self-organised.
