Nigel Stanley<p>2/5 <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/infrared" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>infrared</span></a> <br>From my first snaps with a newly converted <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/fullspectrum" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fullspectrum</span></a> <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/Olympus" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Olympus</span></a> EM1ii in my local park. </p><p>A frantic search for filters that fitted a suitable lens led to a <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/fourthirds" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fourthirds</span></a> 35mm f3.5 macro lens - which is sharp and works well for distance shots as well as close-ups. (The zooms were too big for my filters and the primes too small). </p><p>Having a <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/microfourthirds" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>microfourthirds</span></a> <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/ir" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ir</span></a> camera makes it easier to take it away with me as it has the same battery and lenses as my main EM1iii camera.
