Børge
The good thing is that the "you took a screenshot" notifications persist, so that I can still be reminded of it the day after. Even weeks after, if I don't get around to clear them – which I will do this time, because now it actually takes a few seconds to open the clock menu because of all these notifications…

Btw, I've taken several screenshots today also, but those notifications just appears for a very short time and then are gone. What's going on there? It's good, but not normal.

#Gnome

Cleo Menezes Jr. :verified:
Hello guys, I released Serigy, an app to pin information from the clipboard.
The idea came about to solve the problem of copying multiple items at once and pasting them in different places. Virgile Andreani
I find some UI choices of Gnome/Ubuntu very confusing. The split screen feature never works as I expect it to.
More precisely, my problem is that when I set a window to half screen, it asks me what other window I want on the other half. And the two halves are linked. I never want that. I would much rather prefer that when I set a window to a half screen, it lets me do just that and not worry about the other half. Is there a setting somewhere that does that?

[Solved, see comment]

#Ubuntu #Gnome
