Might work. * Did some testing in staging with adding a index to the silly mailman3 bounceevents table. Then did it in production. Wow. From 100% i/o all the time to still some high spikes, but not nearly pegged. It's amazing what a index will do. Still writing the 50G table is anoying tho. * Cleaned up some bouncing list users. * Did some reviews on docs/pr's.
