Because you should install chromium instead of Chrome.
This will became a two step only.
Or best, Firefox, or both, still two steps.
Don't stay stick with Windows reflexes where you manually install stuff from Internet (and, it's unsafe)

@lautreg @itsfoss the insecurity of having to download from websites, which can easily be mistaken for fraud downloads, is so underrated.
Every time I have to install something on Windows, I get nervous if I'm downloading from the correct website, because the domain doesn't exactly match the software name. Less experienced user has very low chances of successfuly verifying their download etc.
Package manager handles all that securely.
